When we start to lose energy we feel pain in our body.
When we lose a significant amount of energy then we can have skin problems or functional disorders.
If we lose energy on an even greater scale, we end up with a tumour. When we lose too much energy the tumour becomes cancer.
We don’t always feel when we are losing energy.
An inability to be emotionally balanced can lead to a loss of energy with all the consequences described.
How can you become emotionally balanced?
An emotionally balanced person is the person who knows how to face conflict, who can make sacrifices, who can accept loss, who knows that the whole world is ruled by the Almighty.
He does not try to control the world around him.
He doesn’t worry about the future or have regrets about the past.
An emotionally balanced person is good natured, and cultivates the best soul qualities.
The more we overcome sin, the easier it is for us to accept any situation, to be emotionally balanced and not to allow ourselves to be consumed by obsessions.
