Esoteric and Scientific Literature are Not Best Reads

We can can also read more but not esoteric literature, which is often just nonsense, or scientific literature, which doesn’t differ much from esoteric literature.

For example articles that are about psychology  is an ability to create something from nothing.  How can you understand a person, talk about psychology, which came from the Greek word psyche, which means soul, and at the same time deny that the soul exists? Religion talks about the soul but what psychology talks about is not always clear.
