Importance of Interaction

In the case of Lady Macbeth – she experienced limited interaction. It is important for a person to socialise and interact with others.

When a man breakfasts with his wife at the table, once they have had breakfast, the man will talk for 2-3 minutes and then leave, whereas the woman, if she has company, will talk for about 1.5 hours.

The reason is that women have more developed communication skills.

This  interaction (a harmonious one and not gossip), such as the exchange of news or explaining your point of view, is very important.

The act of conversation develops so called emotional intelligence in the emotional domain.

It is especially difficult to pull yourself together, not fall into despair and stabilise your emotions, when tragic events occur. It forces you to replace the real picture of the world with illusions.
