Even when you use devices for work, you need to limit their use. That is - when you finish work, you should not touch the device again.
All these devices are similar to a casino. What is the danger of casinos ? You want to win.
You start expending ten times more energy than needed and in time you will have very serious problems.
I remember I once stayed in a hotel which was next to a casino. I went to the casino a couple of times for fun and I then had high blood pressure for six months.
My energy was expended without my control, which resulted in energy loss. When energy loss occurs, the muscles and vessels contract and the body tries to compensate this by the heart working harder to pump the blood. This in turn leads to high blood pressure.
