Stress Is Not Knowing the Laws of Universe

Currently, the main cause of death in the world is heart attacks and vascular disease, the second cause of death is cancer and the third cause used to be suicide and depression. However, depression is now becoming the main cause of death.

I read that depression would have been the number one killer in the absence of Covid.

The trigger for all illnesses is the inability to deal with stress.

What is stress?  Stress is not a problem, it is how we view and deal with problems.

Stress is the inability to understand the laws of the Universe.

If a person doesn’t know what to do, if he doesn’t see the logic in what’s happening, if he is unable to lose or accept what is happening, then he is unable to deal with the stress.
