To Have More Energy We Need To Follow Commandments

If we follow the commandments, our energy increases.

As one saint said: ‘if you do something in a good mood, you will always have energy, if you do something in a bad mood, you won’t have energy’.

A good mood accompanies an increase in energy.

This energy comes from love.

Therefore a person who is embittered and talks badly about others, who judges what others do – he will do this with negative feelings.   

The first initial impulse will not be love but envy, greed, vanity, ambition and so on. 

With these feelings you cannot build a strong foundation.
