A very good thing to do in order to balance our energy is rhythmic walking, sport and exposure to contrasting temperatures.

This involves a definite interaction with nature, which means a definite expenditure of energy.

The result of this is you feel tired and you stop the activity.

When a person does not move enough, but interacts with gadgets a lot of the time – this is the worst way of expending energy.
