We Need to Live By Our Hearts to Balance Our Energy

Review and balance your interactions with electronic devices, especially games

Find time to go for a walk, do sports and stop an overactive mind because an overactive mind also expends a lot of energy.

When we live by our hearts, our feelings balance us really well. 

Feelings are connected to energy and will always tell us what to do and what not to do.

When we put our mind first, when we tell ourselves ‘I need to do this’, this is when we overstretch ourselves, which can be unnoticed at first but will become very serious later.
