We Need To Transform Our Wishes Ruled By Love

In the past I thought that pride represents superiority, but I was using a stereotype. However, when I tried to overcome pride once, twice, ten times, and a hundred times, and found I was unable,  I realised that this concept of pride is much deeper and more dangerous. 

Pride is not just superiority, it is self-importance. 

This is when everything must revolve around me, when my own interests take priority and everything else takes second place. This is when love takes second place.

Love for God should be in the first place. And after this come our wishes and interests.

Love for God makes and helps us to accept Divine Will.

What is acceptance of Divine Will?

Acceptance of Divine Will is aligning our will with the Divine Will.

When a small child wants to do something, he looks for his Dad’s reaction. The small child fulfils his wishes only if gets his Dad’s approval.

Similarly, acceptance of Divine Will is the development of our own wishes ruled by love.

A person who is ready to accept the Divine Will will accordingly overcome his pride.
