First and foremost, a person is a soul. The soul lives by love

If a person, after reading my books, understands that happiness is primarily about love and sacrifice, an inner energy ignites within them. It is this energy of love that allows for profound and significant changes.

Love is always a combination of two opposites: attachment and detachment, pain and pleasure, softness and hardness.

For there to be love between a man and a woman, a potential difference must emerge. Men usually lean towards hardness, uncompromising attitudes, quick results, and external obedience. Women lean towards softness, unification, and gradual change. These two different tendencies, interacting, enrich each other.

Biologically, men gravitate towards strategic vision and spiritual aspects, while women lean towards tactical forms of thinking. The material is more important to her than the spiritual. Yet, in terms of emotions, a man behaves like a tactician, while a woman acts as a strategist. In a normal family, there is a constant division of roles. This allows feelings to develop and love to be maintained. As long as the spouses strive for love, they work in opposition in all matters and relationships, complementing each other, developing opposites. And they become truly happy.

For a family, just as for all humanity, there are only two options: either voluntarily learn to do what was once compulsory, or disintegrate and die.

Many young people, when starting families, turn to doctors and psychologists. Over the last decade, the number of specialists in family issues has increased tremendously. And, at the same time, the disintegration of families has accelerated.

The reason, it seems to me, lies in the fact that the scientific approach to understanding what a human being is fundamentally flawed. Materialism works very well when you need to repair a car or launch a rocket into space. But a human being is, first and foremost, a soul, then consciousness, and then the body.

Family issues should be addressed primarily from the interests of the soul, not the body. By denying the existence of the soul and asserting that consciousness is merely a function of the body, scientists try to strengthen the family through proper sex and healthy eating.

From this perspective, a family will be stronger the more living space and higher salaries it has, the more square meters and children there are.

However, life demonstrates the opposite: the better the material conditions, the faster families disintegrate. In families where both spouses have higher education, children with mental disorders are more frequently born. Women with higher education have children less often. To become a full-fledged parent and cultivate oneself as a parent, one must first take care of one's soul. The soul lives by love. Where there is love, there will always be a normal family, healthy children, and fewer diseases.
