Reader's letter:
Your books and videos have been a constant guide for me over several years. My long-standing horror and nightmare – my sense of superiority and judgment – is a slow torture on the stake. For the first time, I managed to restrain the wild feeling of condemnation. Of course, it hasn't disappeared entirely, but the emotions of condemnation and dissatisfaction have weakened, and I've become less susceptible to them.
I used to spend days and nights condemning and despising the «unworthy», the immoral, the «bad» – torturing myself and falling out with people. Now, I may fume and boil, but I let go – and it's easier for me, and there are fewer problems. Your invaluable information and your work have given me the opportunity to find my true self, although, of course, I haven't fully found myself yet. But I really like myself; I like my awakening and sometimes ailing soul, which feels a lot, makes mistakes, is uplifted – but I am friends with it.
Not so long ago, I was running around with fire and sword, «punishing evil». Now, I try to educate both my feelings and my surroundings. I've gotten used to hardships and sometimes fear complete calm, but judging by the situation, it won't come soon. As they say, patience and labor will grind everything.
With gratitude to you and your work, Your reader

Sergey Nikolaevich's reply:
How to work on yourself every day? Every day we need to put our soul in order, to improve our character. Every day we should become a little kinder, a bit more generous, braver, more independent, understand the people around us better, care for them, compliment them, not bury our energy in the ground but to realize it – this is our daily work on ourselves.
Every day a person should pray, work hard, sweat, feel hunger, give up something, even if it's small, take care of someone, rejoice. God has neither hatred, nor grievances, nor regrets, nor fears, but there is love and joy! Therefore, everything we do should be done with love and joy in our soul. If we understand that life is a unique opportunity and a brief moment, then we begin to rejoice in every day. Then we live, feeling the Divine will, and transform the world with love, not irritation and hatred.
When we see the Divine will in everything and understand that every person is Divine, that we are all united on a subtle plane, that externally we can conflict, be harsh or gentle, but inside we are entitled only to love and complete acceptance of everything that happens – then our soul begins to heal.
To start, we need to learn the basics: not to internally fight against the Divine will, to accept what has happened and what is happening, to understand that by changing ourselves in the present, we can change and improve our future. By following these simple rules, one can really put their health and destiny in order, but first and foremost – their soul. Everything that the Almighty gives us is aimed at our welfare, development, and ultimately, the salvation of our soul.
The simpler our perception of the world, the better for us in the end. We should not indulge in esotericism, convince ourselves that the world is extremely complex, incomprehensible, and pamper our mind and consciousness. The world is both incredibly complex and simple at the same time. The main law of the universe is love.
If we understand that God is one and governs everything, if we know who we are, where we came from, and where we are going, then we begin to fulfill this law and become happy. We must remember: first - love and the soul, then - spirit, and then - the body. First - love and morality, then - welfare, then - health and various physical desires – if we understand this, then we will be healthy and happy.
