Love and Gratitude
Gratitude is one of the forms of love. The more often we express gratitude, the more often love ignites in our soul.
S. N. Lazarev

Recently, I had the opportunity to watch a film about water. I believe it was shown in many countries around the world.

In the film, a Japanese researcher conducted an experiment: water was poured into containers, and certain words were spoken over them or written on the containers.

In containers with negative inscriptions like «hatred» or «resentment,» the water became deformed.

The thing is, water has memory and retains information, much like any field structure.

When we read the inscription on the container, our emotions interact with that information, and as a result, the structure of the surrounding world, including the water we are looking at, changes. Therefore, if you drink water from a container labeled «hatred» or «resentment,» you risk poisoning yourself. It turns out there is informational influence that we cannot see.

Later in the film, the water was frozen, and scientists carefully studied the resulting ice crystals.

Amazingly, the appearance of the crystals immediately revealed the nature of the inscription on the container.

The most beautiful and harmonious crystals were formed from water in containers labeled «love» and «gratitude.»

Why specifically love and gratitude? Because love is unity, the sensation of absolute oneness, while gratitude is a form of self-sacrifice.

What’s even more interesting is that the combination of the words «love» and «gratitude» reflects the primary code of the Universe.

By the way, speaking of the Universe, it operates according to a universal algorithm.

I have come to this conclusion and verified it multiple times. The essence of this algorithm is that everything in the Universe is triadic, or in other words, divisible by three.

Take, for example, the law of the unity and struggle of opposites: there is one opposite, there is another, and there is something that unites them. If unity is absent, the opposites clash and eventually disintegrate and perish.

Thus, everything that develops and exists is always triadic. Why?

After decades of research, I concluded that the Universe is a portrait of God; it reflects Him in everything. The Universe is the result of the Creator's work, and it seems to replicate the original impulse sent by the Creator.

In the Bhagavad Gita, it is said that the Creator is the lord of the three worlds. In Christian literature, there is the concept of the Holy Trinity.

So why do we perceive the Creator specifically as a Trinity?

Because there is the manifested world, created by the First Cause, and the unmanifested world, which lies beyond everything, as well as a third world that unites these two — the manifested and the unmanifested.

The entire Universe is structured according to this scheme. There is one opposite — the manifested reality, another opposite — the unmanifested reality, and there is something transcendent that is above these realities, uniting them, making them one on the highest level.

The law of triadic structure manifests everywhere. How does it manifest in the concepts of «love» and «gratitude»?

As mentioned earlier, love is unity, while gratitude is, firstly, the happiness of receiving love, and secondly, it is self-sacrifice, the giving of a part of one’s happiness out of thankfulness because love implies not only receiving but also giving.

Everything in the world is dialectical, and everything has a right and a left.

Every muscle movement combines inhibition and excitation: if there is only excitation, a spasm occurs, and if only inhibition, motion stops.

Thus, every movement always has a triadic aspect: active feeling, passive feeling, and the unifying element.

From the perspective of the Vedas, there is inert feeling — tamas, active-aggressive feeling — rajas, and the balancing and harmonizing feeling — sattva.

When people lose this triadic nature, they cannot unite opposites and begin to encounter problems.

The words «love» and «gratitude» embody the triadic code of the Universe — the unity and struggle of opposites.

It is the human ability to be happy, to sacrifice, and to feel unity with the Creator, to sense the oneness of loss and gain.

Re-reading the Bible, I made an astonishing discovery. In the New Testament, Jesus Christ is asked about the greatest commandments, and He replies that the greatest commandment is: «Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength…»

As you can see, the first and foremost is complete, absolute love for the Creator. The second greatest commandment is: «Love your neighbor as yourself.» All prophets adhere to these commandments, and they contain the essence of religion.

People are accustomed to perceiving the words of Sacred Books superficially, and I too believed that there were only two great commandments: «Love God» and «Love your neighbor.» Based on these two commandments, I tried to build my life.

But even though I followed these commandments, I encountered problems and couldn’t understand why.

Only when I realized that all existence must be triadic did I begin searching for a third commandment in Christ’s words.

So, the first commandment is to love God above all else, the second is to love your neighbor — but where is the third?

It turns out there is a third: love your neighbor as yourself, meaning a person must love themselves.

Thus, the main commandment of the Universe can be summarized as follows: first, love God above all; second, love yourself (care for and respect yourself); and third, love your neighbor as yourself.

In the end, it comes down to this: love God, love yourself, and love your neighbor. These commandments provide a framework for guiding one’s behavior.

A person must love themselves, take care of themselves, but in critical moments, they can forget about themselves and sacrifice themselves for another.

Everything in the Universe is triadic. The laws of dialectics are triadic. Every motion, every process is also triadic.

What happens when a person doesn’t understand this?

Recall the commandments: «Love God above all» and «Love your neighbor.» If a person stops loving themselves, this ultimately turns into a lack of love for others and for God.

A harmonious person is also triadic: they have a body, a spirit, and a soul. Their soul develops harmoniously, their spirit is harmonious, and their body is healthy and balanced.

If any of these aspects are neglected, a person begins to suffer, fall ill, and face numerous problems.

Human health is the health of their soul, spirit (i.e., consciousness, worldview), and body. It is this combination that creates what we call happiness.

A person emotionally stunted may be physically healthy and financially secure, but they have no future because when someone has problems with their soul, they lose the energy for the future.

A kind and soulful person who is foolish and unwilling to grow or take action may also face difficulties.

Likewise, a physically ill person cannot truly enjoy the pleasures of life.

This is why it’s crucial to understand clearly that harmony aligns with the laws of the Universe.

What do we see today? Religion teaches us to love others and suppress ourselves, while science, on the contrary, teaches us to love ourselves.

Only when science and religion unite will we realize that we must love ourselves while understanding what the «self» truly means and what constitutes personality.

Our «self» is primarily the soul, followed by the spirit and body.

To love oneself means, first and foremost, to care for one’s soul — for morality, kindness, high feelings, and character improvement. This is what true self-love entails.

However, one must also care for their fate and physical body. This is normal and natural for every human being.

First, one must feel love for God as the First Cause, the Creator; next, love oneself; and then, love all other people.

When there is something higher that connects the two opposites, it becomes easy to feel that in a critical moment, I can sacrifice myself for another.

But if this higher element is absent, and I only love others or only love myself, problems begin.

Thus, when we are taught to love others, to sacrifice ourselves for them, but are not taught to love ourselves, it leads to the opposite result: we stop loving others and begin loving only ourselves.

Self-contempt leads to heightened egotism. A person tramples on themselves, suppresses their «self,» and ultimately this leads to internal rebellion. The more a person suppresses themselves, the more aggressive they become.

Their ambitions grow, they become more ruthless, and their «self» becomes hypertrophied and overinflated.

To be a harmonious person, one must, first, love the Creator; second, love the Creator within themselves; and third, love the Creator in other people. This is the law of triadic unity. If we understand this, we develop harmoniously.
