The famous stress researcher Hans Selye first said, «Stress is death,» and later added, «Stress is life.»
One person may swim in cold water and get sick, while another may strengthen their immune system. Therefore, the source of illness is not stress itself, but the wrong attitude toward a stressful situation.
A stressful situation can be described as any unusual situation in which a person finds themselves, where they are forced to do something or take action.
To do this, they need a model or worldview that explains what is happening and what to do. Based on this model, a person makes a decision.
In order to navigate a stressful situation, a large amount of energy is required.
A believer with strong morals understands that everything happens according to the will of the Almighty.
Such a person does not internally control or manage the situation. They intuitively sense what will happen and are prepared for unexpected events.
An unbeliever, someone who prioritizes the conscious mind and their own self-importance, takes full responsibility on themselves.
They strive to control everything that happens in the world around them—not just in the physical realm but also on a subtle level.
This is an impossible task for a human, as controlling any situation on the subtle plane equates to controlling the entire universe.
An unbeliever’s access to the subconscious is limited. They do not understand what is happening and cannot see the real picture of what’s occurring.
During stress, there is a massive, uncontrolled release of energy, and the self-preservation mechanism must stop this excessive loss.
This loss is dangerous not only for the individual but also for their descendants. To save their children and grandchildren, a person may experience a heart rupture, stroke, or heart attack.
If the energy release is slower, a less serious illness may occur.
A small but constant loss of energy caused by negative emotions, depression, regret, and despondency often leads to cancer.
When energy begins to be lost in a certain area of the body, it first manifests as a slight itch.
If the energy outflow increases, a slight pain is felt. If the energy loss is rapid, the pain becomes more intense.
If the energy loss is continuous, inflammation, a tumor, or organ atrophy may occur.
The natural decline in energy that occurs with old age most often leads to the body withering.
Uncontrolled energy loss due to stress often leads to tumor formation, and these tumors can become malignant.
The best remedy for cancer is faith, optimism, and kindness.
Recently, doctors have begun to speak about this, which shows that modern medicine is making progress.
So, when a person experiences severe stress, their energy levels begin to drop. The body reacts in the same way as when submerged in cold water: blood vessels constrict, and blood flow is restricted.
When a person starts to actively move or engage in some activity, their blood vessels dilate, circulation improves, and the effects of stress become less dangerous.
A simple recommendation: when a person is in a state of stress, they just need to walk around, move, and get busy with something. This way, stress will be much easier to overcome.
If stress lasts for a long time, the rejection of the stressful situation moves inward.
If a person feels offended on a conscious level but then forgives the offense, there will be no health consequences.
But if they justify and emotionally nurture the grievance for a long time, it penetrates the subconscious and, becoming a source of intense and continuous stress, eventually transforms into an illness.
Prolonged, intense stress causes the blood vessels to remain constantly constricted, restricting blood flow. The heart, in turn, must increase pressure to pump blood through the constricted vessels.
If this process continues for a long time, the heart begins to suffer because it is constantly working under strain.
The heart needs support and can be treated, but if the cause of the strain is not addressed, the treatment will not be effective.
Doctors are now beginning to acknowledge that kidney problems can cause high blood pressure.
A person’s main energy reserves are tied to their urogenital system, as it is responsible for fulfilling the primary instinct—the instinct of procreation.
When energy levels drop suddenly, the kidneys respond: they constrict, making it harder to filter the blood, and the heart raises blood pressure to help the kidneys pump blood more quickly through the vessels.
Kidney issues can also be linked to poor liver function.
If the liver does not fully perform its detoxifying function, the load on the kidneys increases, and they struggle to handle the task of cleansing the body.
Strangely enough, the liver must predict the future a few hours before eating—sensing what the person will consume and preparing for it by releasing the necessary enzymes in advance.
The liver is, in a sense, forced to be a clairvoyant organ. In reality, the liver is a giant factory for adapting the body to new information.
We cannot even imagine how vital a role the liver plays in our lives.
Any foreign protein is deadly to the body, and the liver’s primary function is transforming foreign protein into the body’s own protein—this is confirmed by modern science.
Interestingly, scientists have yet to solve this problem: after organ transplants, a person is condemned to take immunosuppressive drugs for the rest of their life.
Joint problems are also related to poor liver function. It is the liver that synthesizes the substances necessary for cartilage.
Why do the elderly suffer from joint issues?
Because in old age, due to a general decline in energy levels, the liver ceases to function properly.
The entire complex of cardiovascular diseases is also linked to poor liver function.
Why does the liver malfunction?
The liver functions poorly when a person loses their sense of the future, which means their primary life energy decreases.
The loss of vital life energy occurs in situations where a person feels hatred, contempt, regret, or resentment, or when they stop believing in God.
In biblical terms, when a person begins to sin, they distance themselves from God and gradually lose their future.
The main life energy comes through love for God. First, the future is lost, and then the present.
In religious families, on average, three to five children are born, while in atheist families, there are one or two.
Thus, in the grand scheme of things, atheists gradually disappear from the face of the earth, leaving only believers. This is a law. Yet, we often fail to notice this fact.
An immoral person is not viable, as the Bible stated thousands of years ago: «The wicked have no future—the lamp of the wicked will be extinguished.»
To realize new truths, a person often has to face death and, like the biblical Job, lose everything or almost everything.
Then, by turning to love, this person will be able to form a new worldview that will allow them to survive.
No matter how advanced medicine becomes, today's atheistic humanity inevitably plunges itself into a state of constant stress and, as a result, loses energy.
The signs of energy loss worldwide are the breakdown of families, homosexuality, and the moral degradation of society.
If a person lacks the energy to have children, their body changes sexual orientation.
When a person doesn’t receive energy from God, they draw it from their soul’s reserves.
This leads to the moral decline of society.
An immoral person saves their health and well-being at the expense of destroying their soul. Such a person may thrive in the present, but they lose their future.
A moral person’s soul and future are better protected, so they pay for their mistakes and sins with illnesses and troubles much more quickly, which pushes them toward correction.
The apostles said that illness prevents people from sinning.
An immoral person, damaging their soul and draining its last reserves of energy, may remain healthy for quite some time, but eventually, irreversible processes of decay will begin.
By understanding the basic principles of the energy-based concept of health, it is possible to develop clear guidelines for how to properly behave when satisfying one's needs and desires.
A person can live fully, with joy, while remaining healthy.
