The essence of a person is Love

I recall a consultation where I explained to a patient the reasons for her issues. The case was banal—a urinary tract infection that was resistant to all medications.

«You think it's a physical illness, but actually, everything is connected to your energy. The infection is untreatable because, if cured with massive doses of drugs, you might develop cancer. Let me explain why. But first, tell me, what is a human being?»

«A body, spirit, and soul.»

«Correct», I agreed. «And what is most important?»

The soul.

«Correct. So, the most dangerous sins are those that harm the soul. When a person cannot control their desire, when they worship pleasures, it destroys their soul. If one indulges in sex, alcohol, and food, a substitution occurs unnoticed in our subconscious—we worship pleasure instead of love. Then diseases begin, which inhibit pleasure and help return us to God. A urinary tract infection, to some extent, devalues sexual pleasure.

Thus, abstaining from alcohol, excessive food, and sex can be much better medicine than antibiotics. Drugs eliminate a specific disease, but another may take its place. Cancer is harder to treat with medication than a urinary infection. And believe me, 95% of this depends on internal energy.»

«Recently, I consulted a woman suffering from rheumatism», I continued, «A few years ago, she underwent a complex heart surgery, as her arteries were almost clogged with salts. I explained to her that this was the result of holding grudges against a loved one.

She confessed that for five years before that, she had been deeply resentful towards her husband and his relatives: 'They never visited us and generally disregarded us. Indeed, I harbored strong resentments against them for several years. The doctors said the mitral valve was clogged with salts and needed urgent surgery».

«Your resentments are not only your own», I explained to her, «»All your feelings, emotions are immediately transmitted to your children, and your improper attitude towards close people can damage the life and health of your children.

Somehow, we need to stop you in this destructive process—so you are given a disease. And then there's no room for resentments, you just need to survive. A jealous person should have problems in relationships; it helps reduce attachment.

A conflict-free existence can enhance attachment so much that only an incurable disease or death can save the soul from destruction. Worship a loved one—receive pain from them. The more you worship, the more pain you will receive. Or diseases. Or betrayals, divorces, and deaths.

«So, the desire that you have not overcome», I continued, addressing the woman who was not helped by medications, «is the cause of your disease.

It remains to find out what lies at the core of the desire, what fuels it. Worship of desire comes from worshiping a loved one. When we worship him as an idol, make an idol out of him, then attachment to him encompasses about 13 layers of the soul, and then their degradation begins».

Worshiping God develops and strengthens the soul, while worshiping a person destroys it. People mostly fall into two extremes. The first is when they believe that God is somewhere far away, while people are here. Then, worshiping a person greatly enhances pride. If a person declares themselves to be sinless, it leads to an excess of the deadly level of pride by seventeen times. The other extreme is when we deify a person, regard a person as God, and worship the person as God. In this case, worship exceeds the critical level by seventeen times for the human soul and deforms seventeen layers of the soul.

The truth—as always—lies in the middle. God is beyond space, time, and the universe. And at the same time, the worlds created by Him—visible and invisible—are also God. These are His manifestations, His emanations, which constantly support the existence of all worlds. The principle of monotheism demands acknowledging the absolute identity, the absolute unity of the Creator and what He has created. Therefore, each of us, by our essence, is united with the Creator and dissolves in Him.

We are all children of God, but not everyone knows this. Far from everyone realizes and implements this knowledge. The purpose of the universe's development is for the outer shell, constantly changing, to increasingly approach the Creator and, eventually, to unite with Him. The form, in its development, must reach the level of content. When they become identical, development ends.

Therefore, it is important to understand that a human being is divine by nature, but far from perfect in form.

In a typical situation, we either deify the human shell (body, consciousness, and the transient part of the soul) or deny, not seeing God either in the surrounding world or in people.

Christ came, perhaps, so that people could see with their own eyes how the Divine and the human can be united, without excluding each other and without merging into one whole.
