40 Questions about the Soul, Destiny, and Health. Book 1 (Russian version)
Hello. God willing, you will read this.
I am an orphan. My father passed away when I was 9 years old. My mother died of cancer when I was 15. I am now over 20 years old. I live in an apartment that I inherited from my father.
At the age of 18, I met a young man who used drugs. At first, I was against it, but then I started using with him. There were constant gatherings in my apartment, and I never felt depressed or lonely. I never had any health issues, and if something started to hurt, I simply ignored it, and it went away.
All of this lasted for about a year and a half. But after another party, I quit everything in an instant: smoking, drinking, any kind of substance use. I started experiencing panic attacks, and I am afraid to live.
It's been almost two years now, and during this time, I have had severe stomach pains. I underwent examinations, but they didn't find anything specific or serious.
Sometimes, I have thoughts of relapsing and starting to use again so that I don't feel any pain and don't experience constant fatigue, weakness, and a lack of energy. But I confessed to a priest, and that's the main reason why I haven't gone back to my old habits.
I live with the same young man and managed to get him to quit using as well. However, he smokes marijuana, cigarettes, drinks, and has no health issues. He eats fried, sweet, salty, and spicy foods, and he's perfectly fine. Meanwhile, I lead a completely healthy lifestyle and suffer greatly from pain in my right side.
I feel like this will never end, and I will simply go crazy...
I listen to your audio recordings, and they fill me with warmth. But I can't shake the obsessive thought that I am sick and will die soon.
What should I do? How can I work on myself? Please advise.
To begin with, let me explain what pleasure and perversion are. Modern medicine and psychology do not understand this because they consider that a human being is just a body. However, life is not limited to the body alone. Life is a combination of several forms of energy, linked to the concept of the soul. When the body dies, the soul continues to live, so the health of the soul is more important than the health of the body.
A person experiences pleasure when there is an outpouring of energy. The highest physical pleasure is sexual pleasure, associated with the release of energy necessary for offspring. Food also gives us pleasure. Food provides us with external energy, energy for the body, but it takes away subtle energy.
Many diseases can be treated with fasting because it restricts physical energy and enhances subtle life energy. In India, this energy is called prana, in China and Japan - qi or chi. Chinese medicine believes that there are two types of subtle energy: personal, which can be replenished, and parental - irreplaceable. Their quantity determines a person's health and longevity.
Speaking in the language of my research, a human being is a soul, spirit, and body. A person has at least three types of energy: operative, associated with the body; tactical, associated with the spirit; strategic, associated with the soul.
In order to live and develop, one must give energy. The amount of energy given depends on the goal and the scale of the work being done. If a person takes on physically or spiritually unattainable work, they can deplete their life energy and then become ill and die. If life energy is exhausted, a person can die quickly without any illness.
Illness is a signal that energy is decreasing, that is, illness is a salvation from death. It can also happen that a person who is losing life energy inadvertently begins to take it from their descendants. In this case, to save the descendants, an incurable disease may appear.
Once I talked to a woman who healed with her hands. She honestly admitted that she considered this activity extremely dangerous. To heal with hands, one must release energy. This process of energy loss can become continuous, and then it will be impossible to stop it. In this case, the healer can die while remaining physically healthy. And if energy leaks slowly, immunity will start to decrease, then diseases will appear, and in the end, the healer will still die, and no medicine will be able to save them.
This coincided with my conclusions: healing people by pumping them with energy is dangerous. Losing energy, the healer can start taking it from their patients. Many psychics became ill, went insane, or died...
What is perversion? Perversion can include sexual excesses, as well as overeating, alcohol, and drug addiction. All of this is united by one thing - the release of energy.
For a person, it no longer matters who their sexual partner is; the main thing is to experience pleasure. It doesn't matter what they eat; the main thing is to experience pleasure. An alcoholic is someone who doesn't need company and doesn't care about the quality of the drink; the main thing is the pleasure of intoxication.
A drug addict is someone whose meaning of life is the pursuit of pleasures. Such a person does not need children, a family, friends, or work. The main thing for them is to constantly experience the pleasure of releasing energy, which happens under the influence of drugs. At the same time, the energy of the future begins to deplete, and uncontrolled energy release leads to death.
But a drug addict has a chance to survive. Pain in one or another part of the body is a sign of decreasing energy. A cancerous tumor does not hurt; it appears in those places where there is a very large outflow of energy.
Our emotions are linked to information and energy. If a person gets angry, holds grudges, regrets something, their energy decreases, and illness appears. A dissatisfied, gloomy person is already, so to speak, a sick person.
Why does your liver hurt? This organ is associated with the future; improper attitude toward the future leads to liver problems. Constant fear for the future, condemning people, despondency, an interest in magic and fortune telling - all this is aggression toward the future. Alcohol and drugs deplete the energy of the future, and as a result, the liver suffers.
If a person gets angry with someone, thinks poorly of someone, their stomach can hurt. Wrong behavior and lifestyle can offend their fate and their future children, and then the stomach starts to hurt, reminding them that internal change is needed.
Aches and illnesses are a call for change.
A healthy lifestyle is the first step in working on oneself, and then you need to change your worldview and character. When a person believes in God, they depend less on their desires and instincts, and, accordingly, it is easier for them to control their strategic energy: they will not consume reserves intended for the winter just to have fun in the autumn.
A person who has forgotten about God turns practically everything into a drug. Sex, food, work, creativity, a loved one - everything is evaluated by the amount of pleasure received. At first, a person exhausts their own reserves of life energy and then tries to take energy from others. If lucky, such a person may become ill or die. If not, the process of the soul's decay will continue, as it did in Sodom and Gomorrah.
Pain and suffering push you towards change and towards the only real source of energy that does not destroy the soul but saves it. That source is love for God. So rejoice, you are lucky!
