Before, when I sensed a problem, I tried to solve it immediately and attempted to mentally embrace it in its entirety. This led to a tremendous overload on a subtle plane, which could eventually result in a serious illness. My body would instantly react with a defensive response - apathy would arise, and I lost the desire to deal with the problem. In other words, I felt disheartened. Time passed. The situation would bring me back to the problem. Reluctantly, I would solve a small part of it, then another, and then a bit more, gradually adjusting to my capabilities. Only then, without tension or haste, I would solve the entire problem. At virtually every presentation, I hear the same thing: «I’ve read all the books, watched the video tapes - no results».
I used to respond:
- There is enough information. If others can solve more serious problems, why can’t you?
Later, I said to myself: if a person can’t do it, it means they don’t want to internally. If they subconsciously don’t want to work, it means they don’t understand something, have the wrong attitude towards themselves and the world. I need to help them. Now, my advice is different: start overcoming yourself gradually. Take on just one task. For example, today I will not think badly of anyone, I will see Divine will in everything.
Even if a process lasts a fraction of a second, it has a beginning, development, and conclusion. On a subtle plane, it encompasses the past, present, and future of the entire Universe. If any process has a beginning and an end, then the Universe also has a beginning, development, and a return to the starting point, i.e., an end. Each step a person takes encompasses the entire path they have traveled and must travel. Learn to take one step, and you will complete the entire journey. «Eyes are scared, but hands are doing», our ancestors said. «Fear has big eyes». The eyes, i.e., our consciousness, have too little energy. To solve any problem, it is necessary to temporarily suppress consciousness and connect to the irrational. As artists say, start a painting with feeling, intuition, and finish with consciousness, understanding.
I advise a woman who cannot accept her husband’s behavior:
- Start by solving just one problem. Learn to see your husband as a child, no matter what he does. If your love does not falter or waver for a second, then you can proceed to dialogue and upbringing. For many women, it looks like this: «I don’t want him to drink, and he shouldn’t». That is, her desire is unwavering, but the husband must change. Education is about helping another. If the husband drinks, it means he is suffering. It means you need to change yourself and help him change. Many women don’t even realize how easy it is to change another person if you profoundly change yourself. You just need to take the first step towards change. A step not towards claims, but towards love. In the Universe, there is no reason or cause that could justify renouncing love. We create them ourselves, bowing to consciousness and desires.
Earlier, when fear arose in my soul, I would tailor the situation to fit it. And the stronger the feeling of fear within me, the more nightmarish scenarios I would imagine.
How does a jealous husband reason? I feel jealousy, so my wife must be cheating on me. And the stronger this feeling in me, the more unfaithful the wife behaves. This is the principle of Western thinking. Since consciousness is secondary, if a thought or feeling arises, it is born from an event that occurred. In the East, the approach to consciousness is different, as it is primary there. And if a person harbors a particular thought or feeling for a long time, a similar event must occur. If you look at the situation narrowly, it’s impossible to understand that both are correct. On a subtle plane, consciousness is primary, externally – the situation. Feeling and consciousness are the situation. Here, you can put an equal sign with a certain coefficient. Feelings become a situation, the situation turns into feelings. When we are in an unfavorable situation that provokes fear and offense, we maintain unity with God through love, we cease to be slaves to the situation. When unconscious fear, disbelief in oneself, doubts, and despondency arise in the soul, we, by striving for God and maintaining love, stop depending on our thoughts and feelings. This is the essence of development. We constantly overcome dependence on the outside world, our desires, our consciousness. But we do this not in one giant leap, but step by step. «The road will be mastered by the walking», the ancients said. The main thing is not to stop.
But now my consciousness turns to everyday problems. I enter the office, inquire about current affairs.
- A woman called, her child's condition worsened sharply, especially after the appointment. She's terrified, thinking she did something wrong.
I sit down at my desk, dial the phone number. I hear the voice of a woman, who tells me that the child’s test results have significantly worsened, the doctors insist on immediate hospitalization and active treatment. I remember: the child has pathological kidney development.
- What should I do? - the mother asks. - The tests are simply terrible.
- The child has a normal field, - I say, - and there is a clear improvement, it’s just a usual cleansing. The same cleansing occurs when people read my books or watch my video tapes. And although I conduct a session with you over the phone, believe me, there is enough information to get both you and the child in order.
- Actually, his bedwetting has passed, - the woman says with an encouraged voice.
- You see, we’ve been talking for just five minutes - bedwetting is gone, the child's external condition is better, and as for the upcoming cleansing, I warned about it. Regarding the tests, I repeat, do not panic. Continue to work, talk to the doctors, repeat the tests after some time.
She thanks and hangs up. A few days later, her acquaintance calls and says that the results of the repeated tests are simply wonderful.
- Did anyone else call? - I ask the assistant.
- The mother of a girl who was nearly raped called. The daughter's condition has sharply worsened, she behaves aggressively.
- What does the mother expect, - I wonder, - that all problems should be removed in one go, without suffering? This woman's own stereotypes hinder her. She came to a healer, paid money, and he must cure her instantly. After the session, there should be a clear, stable improvement and removal of problems. She forgets what she read in my books: at the appointment, the patient receives guidance, the processes are accelerated, and all the dirt from the depths surfaces.
As much as a person is ready to change, the recovery is faster and easier. First, we cleanse the soul, and this may involve physical suffering. When we only want to heal the body, it's better to turn to a surgeon. Although how can you blame a patient who has been told for hundreds of years by medics: «I’ll give you a pill, a powder, a herb, a miracle will happen, you’ll get better»! And the more medicine develops, the more fiercely it convinces that less and less effort is needed for healing.
Medicine has always treated only the body, not understanding that through the body, we also affect the soul. Religion healed the soul, thereby affecting the body. In the past, religion, in order to help the soul, allowed a harsh attitude towards the body, restraining its needs and sometimes destroying it. Now, medicine, in order to help the body, is increasingly invading spiritual structures, destroying them. Pragmatism is growing, and medicine is becoming more soulless. Yet, the body is connected with the soul, and the soul with the body. In Western medicine, the body is valued several times more than what is called the soul and consciousness. And for the health of the larger part, it is acceptable to destroy the smaller. Since consciousness is secondary and the body is primary, we must save the body at all costs, and then we will save consciousness. For a surgeon, this is perfectly acceptable thinking. The better the body feels, the more its needs are satisfied, the better it is for the consciousness and for the soul of a person.
Historical experience looks somewhat different. The body and soul are connected, but they move in different directions. Building a school, dressing a child in a school uniform, finding good teachers, will give him development. But if you don’t give the child the foundations of morality, which primarily come through limiting his desires, if you don’t teach him to care for others by self-restraint, then the physical principle, transferred to the spiritual, will not create but destroy. If misfortunes happen to a person, if he is ill, it is inseparably connected to the state of his soul. You can fight a disease by affecting both the body and the soul. The health of the soul is sooner or later the health of the body. A healthy body is not always a healthy soul. This means the following: to overcome a disease, you need to first help a person's soul, and then his body.
The soul is purified by love, through which we connect with God, and by the pain of parting with the human. As long as helping the body does not harm the soul, medicine helps. If, however, for the patient, the interests of the body are paramount, medicine is either powerless or harms his soul. Many still pray to help their body or improve their fate. And then fear for their body, for their life, doubts and despondency come. Fear and expectation are closely related. The stronger a person, forgetting about the soul, focuses on their physical well-being, the stronger they expect a speedy recovery, the more fruitless their attempts to get better. Fear is an indicator of disbelief in God, a renunciation of love.
I explain to patients this way:
- You can only change through detachment from the human and shifting your support to the Divine. Turning to God, you must be in absolute internal solitude. No one close to you should be there. There should be nothing that pleases you or upsets you. Therefore, before turning to God, detach from everything with body, soul, and spirit. When you expect a guest, you clean the room so that it suits his tastes and desires, so that he can live there. Your soul is the room. And for the Divine to come there, there must be love. So, if we want to turn to God, there must be a feeling of love in the soul. And if it is dominated by fear, despondency, regret, contact will not occur.
Have you seen how a rocket takes off? It cannot lift off without fuel. But then, when it reaches orbit, the fuel tanks are jettisoned. They start to interfere. So do we. At first, we understand that love for God gives us health, well-being, development. We strive for God from a desire to be healthy and happy, and therefore our health and well-being should stop worrying us.
One must feel that union with God is the highest happiness. For this happiness, we strive for Him. To step onto the next rung, we must push off from the previous one. A person begins to turn to God initially to save his body, then to save his soul, and only then does the development of unity with God become a continuous need and happiness. Yesterday we took the first step towards this, today we take the second, tomorrow will be the third.
